with onions and mushrooms, oven roasted potatoes, vegetables
Tuesday: Enchiladas,
rice, vegetables
Wednesday: Ham,
scalloped potatoes, vegetables
Thursday: Baked Beans with leftover ham, vegetables, Salad
Friday: Pork Nachos made with leftover pork steaks
Saturday: Roast
Chicken, creamy rice, vegetables
