Betty Crocker Baker’s Challenge Gluten Free Recipe Contest and Giveaway

Have you tried any of the Betty Crocker gluten free baking mixes?  I reviewed the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick here, and I reviewed the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix here.  I’m looking forward to trying their other gluten free baking mixes!

Using baking mixes as a starting point for creating delicious baked goods can be quicker and easier than baking “from scratch”.  Think about some of your favorite holiday baked goods.  How could you make them easier by using Betty Crocker gluten free baking mixes as a starting point?

Gluten Freely is hosting the Betty Crocker Baker’s Challenge Gluten Free Recipe Contest with a grand prize of $5000!  Also, ten finalists will receive a gift basket containing the Betty Crocker gluten free baking mixes.  To enter, submit an original gluten free holiday-themed appetizer, bread or dessert recipe, using any Betty Crocker Gluten Free dessert mix or Bisquick Gluten Free baking mix.

Visit Gluten Freely for the contest details.  The deadline for recipe submissions is June 30, 2011, so get to work!

Special Offer:  through the end of June, Gluten Freely is offering a 20% discount on Betty Crocker Baking Mixes purchased from their website.

Just so there isn’t any misunderstanding, I have to disclose that the Betty Crocker gluten free baking mixes I received and the prize pack giveaway are from Betty Crocker through MyBlogspark.  This giveaway is only available to residents of the continental U.S. and Canada.
GIVEAWAY!

The winner of the giveaway is "Kolpin".

Thank you to everyone for your comments, follows and tweets!
